Q: Now that my race has been cancelled by COVID what are my options?
A: You have 4 options to choose from:

Q: If I choose to rollover is my spot guaranteed for 2022?
A: Yes.
Q: When will I get my refund? How much will it be? How will it be refunded? What about the t-shirt and other merch I paid for?
A: As soon as we can. 50%. By mail. To make things simpler we are just doing a check for 50% of your entire purchase.
Q: Why not 100% refund?
A: The reason is that it costs money, year-round, to put on these races and work must be done in advance for the races to happen. Entry fees pay for this work to be done and to pay the other bills that are incurred to put these races on. Q: If I choose the 100% credit option how does that work?
A: We will set up a credit for you for 100% of the cost of the entry fee plus any merch you purchased as well. This credit will be automatically applied to the next Rainshadow race that you register for.
Q: Can I change my decision?
A: Yes, please email [email protected]

- 100% Rollover to 2021 or 2022
- 100% Credit for any Rainshadow race(expires 2 years from your 2020 or 2021 race date)
- 50% Refund of your entire order(entry fee, shirt, etc.)
- Donate your fees to Rainshadow
