purchases & misc. policies
shirt policy
Race shirts can be picked up at check-in. Volunteers will have your name on a list and will give you your pre-ordered shirt(s), and/or you can have someone else pick up your shirt for you. Any shirts not picked up by the time the race starts will be sold when our merch table opens if someone else wants to buy one.
ADD-ON POLICy
Any race add-ons purchased as part of UltraSignup registration (Patagonia shirts, cotton shirts, etc.) must be picked up on race-day. There are no refunds on race add-ons and we cannot ship any merchandise that is not picked up.
drop bag policy
We understand that after a long, grueling day on the trails, sometimes remembering to pick up drop bags completely slips one's mind. We will hold on to your drop bag for two weeks, in which time you can email elizabeth@rainshadowrunning.com to set up a time to pick it up in the greater Seattle area. After two weeks, all clothing and race equipment will be donated.
refund policy
No refunds on race registrations will be given for any for any reason, especially in the event of race cancellations due to circumstances outside of the Race Directors' and Race Series' control [e.g. fires; hurricanes; tornadoes; severe lightning storms; various other inclement weather and natural disasters, etc.].
If you are no longer staying in the bunkhouse at Camp Moran, please email Elizabeth (info@rainshadowrunning.com) and you can receive a refund. Please let us know at least 7 days in advance of the race.

shipping policy
All prices in the Rainshadow Store include applicable U.S. taxes and shipping fees. We can only ship to addresses located in the United States. We typically ship orders once a month, sometimes more or less depending on race schedules.
post-race food policy
Our finish-lines are a party, and the more the merrier! We strive to put on more than just a race, but rather a community event where participants and their friends/family can gather together to cheer on their fellow spectators and share their experiences! We welcome everyone to stay and partake in the post race festivities so food and drink is free for everyone at the finish line. Tips for the pizza crew is always encouraged! :)
